· Planning and scheduling of asset maintenance plan, Manpower, and Material.

· Maintaining & analyzing the crane records. Provide guidance to the team & ensure that the equipment is maintained in a safe and reliable working condition in accordance with planned preventive maintenance. Arrange crane for Corrective maintenance to identify and rectify repetitive problems to increase the crane performance. (More than 24 pax. working in a team)

· Provide Day to day servicing of STS & RTG cranes electrical and mechanical

· To respond to emergency call-outs and carry out any technical maintenance support

· Carries out mechanical/electrical/electronic maintenance and repair service for all STS and RTG as well as mobile equipment Disassembles/Replacements units and inspects equipment.

· Carry out Monthly Audits of competency for other field engineers, noting corrective actions and following through these actions to improve the engineers works and company service delivery.

· Act as point of contact for Engineering Staff to consult on day to day situations and issues

· Attend STS, RTG and mobile equipment /cranes periodically to review performance / service delivery / Engineering Staff

· Ensures that the maintenance, breakdown services and/or Mechanical repairs of container handling cranes and RTGs are maintained in a cost-effective manner, with consideration given to quality work and longevity of equipment.

· Submits routine and critical inspection and monitoring reports, ensuring log book is accurate and up-to-date

· Ensures work conforms to safety rules and regulation

· Following UP with OEM for warranty claim and open issue

· Ensure tidiness and cleanliness of workshop facilities and all equipment (Mechanical)

· Provides complete and accurate written reports on equipment

· Assist to define the role & responsibility and set the KPI for the section and ensure that the targeted KPIs are achieved.

· Provides training and instruction to the less experienced workers

· Replace/repair/adjust major Mechanical and electrical/electronic parts such as wire rope, boom, gantry …etc. and PLC/SCADA/ drive control system, communication drive system, at a high level of difficulty and complexity

· maintaining MTTR & MTBF by analyzing the root cause and taking corrective / preventive actions & implementing high level safety standards and ensuring for safely execution of jobs

· Assist to prepare Crane section annual budget OPEX and CAPEX

· Responsible Documentation work like Prepare and Implement PM Checklist, scope of work for outsourced activities, SOP’s, Work Instruction, Daily report, Equipment performance measurements, Materials order

· All critical Mechanical work in charge like changing wire rope, bearing, reducers, sheaves mechanical modification, hydraulic repairing or changing items

· Monitor the maintenance of Owendo contenair Terminal Gabon (STS hyundai, RTG hyundai, Substation ABB)

· Edition and analysis of dashboard for the management of maintenance function

· Analysis of breakdowns (electrical, PLC, mechanical and hydraulic)

· Organize training for technicians at PLC and electrical

· Advise the customer for critical Spare part

· Reporting critical breakdowns and the solutions

· Follow up PM for 2 STS, 4 RTG, 1 substation ABB

· Participate on weekly meeting with customer

· Follow up with customer and prepare the needed materials for PM electrical/mechanical

· Executing preventive and corrective maintenance (CATERPILLAR), Mining site

· Training (Casablanca training center Caterpillar)

· Collaborative teamwork

· Assure strict adherence to guidelines and metrics as established by the company

· Troubleshooting cranes and spreader during operations

· Preparing daily reports

· Developing a preventive maintenance for cranes and spreader
